Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the item and details can be found on each specific page. Most of Helen’s jewellery is made to order and extra time is required for commissioned and bespoke pieces. If delivery is urgent, please contact Helen to discuss further and she will endeavour to meet your requirements.
You will be contacted by email both when your order has been received and when it has been dispatched … this applies to both UK and International Delivery.
UK Delivery
Delivery is FREE in the UK and items are sent via a tracked and insured postal service using Royal Mail Special Delivery as standard which is normally guaranteed next working day before 1pm, requiring a signature upon arrival.
International Delivery
Items under a value of £250 will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for service costing £20 - £25. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. For higher value items, using this shipping method will be at your own risk.
Orders over £500 are automatically sent via DHL Insured and Tracked Delivery Service and starts at £45 … this will be calculated at checkout depending on the value and country the parcel is being shipped to.
Customs paperwork will be attached to the parcel and any import duties, sales taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Packaging
Jewellery from Helen Dugdale is carefully packaged into bespoke branded boxes which are then packed again into either a larger plain sealed padded envelope or box.
If you would like your order packaged as a gift, please contact Helen beforehand and a personal note can be included and sent direct to the recipient at no extra charge.
